- Smith & Nephew Primapore Dressing Pad is a conformable adhesive sterile dressing. The Primapore dressing consists of two layers
- Breathable non-woven top layer of Primapore dressing pad is flexible. This primapore layer doesn’t restrict bodily movement. This primapore layer ensures that Primapore dressing pad provides conformability to wound sites
- Low-adherent and highly absorbent pad layer of Primapore dressing pad ensures maximization of blood flow and exudate into primapore wound dressing. Low adherence of primapore bandage minimizes trauma to the underlying tissue where primapore dressing is used. This property of Primapore reduces the pain to the patient on removal of the primapore dressing
- Primapore dressing has a protector paper allowing application with fingers or forceps
- Primapore dressing pad has rounded corners and a low allergy adhesive. This ensures smith & Nephew primapore provides safe and secure dressing.
- Primapore wound dressing are sterilised using Ethylene Oxide (ETO)
Indicated uses of Smith & Nephew Primapore dressing:
- Primapore Bandage is used for Dressing of post-operative wounds
- Primapore bandage can be used for Minor cuts, abrasions & lacerations
- Primapore dressing pad is useful at Puncture sites where water resistant dressing is required
- Smith & Nephew Primapore can also be used as secondary dressing over gels, ointments and other primary dressings

- 6 cm X 8.3 cm, come in a standard packing of 50 dressings per pack
- 15 cm X 8 cm, come in a standard packing of 20 dressings per pack
- 10 cm X 8 cm, come in a standard packing of 20 dressings per pack
- 20 cm X 10cm, come in a standard packing of 20 dressings per pack
- 25 cm X 10 cm, come in a standard packing of 20 dressings per pack
- 30 cm X 10 cm, come in a standard packing of 20 dressings per pack
