GC Soft Liner Denture Relining Material

– 1 X 100g (97mL) liquid

– The GC Soft-Liner Dental Liner is an acrylic temporary relining material for the temporary rebasing (relining) of acrylic dentures & tissue conditioning
– It is meant to be used only by a dental professional in the recommended indications
– Indications:
– For the temporary rebasing (relining) of acrylic dentures
– Tissue conditioning
– Contraindication:
– Do not use on patients with known allergy to acrylic resins. In case of allergy, refer to a physician
– Directions for Use:
– Clean the contact surface thoroughly using pumice and water and abrade the area to be relined
– The standard powder/liquid ratio is 2.2 g/1.8 g, (first graduation on powder measure to 4 graduations of the liquid syringe). Consistency may be varied by changing powder/ liquid ratio.
– Measure into the glass jar and mix for 30-60 seconds
– Coat the mixture onto the denture as evenly as possible
– Insert the denture in the mouth, muscle trim and retain it in the centric occlusal position for 4-5 minutes
– Remove and inspect for defects
– Dip the denture into cold water, and trim away excess at the periphery with a heated sharp instrument
– Cleaning & Disinfecting:
– Multi-use Delivery Systems: To avoid cross-contamination between patients this device requires mid-level disinfection. Immediately after use inspect device and label for deterioration. Discard device if damaged
– Do Not Immerse: Thoroughly clean device to prevent drying and accumulation of contaminants. Disinfect with a mid-level registered healthcare-grade infection control product according to regional/national guidelines.
