The height of the handle under the brush should be such that the elbow joint is in flexion angle of 10-15 degrees.
It is also important to calculate the size of the handle sticks considering its hand grip strength. Stick the right size is important for the efficient and safe movement.
When used correctly, the cane should be held in the hand, opposite the affected limb: arm and leg move simultaneously.
