– The PPH set contains:
– 33 mm Hemorrhoidal Circular Stapler
– Suture Threader
– Circular Anal Dilator
– Purse String Suture Anoscope
– The close staple height can be adjusted in the ranges of 0.75 mm to 1.5 mm & 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm
– The PPH device provides 2 staggered rows of titanium staples (33 mm diameter) in the anal canal for transection & resection of internal tissue
– The quick close adjusting knob allows for the quick open & close of the instrument while controlling tissue compression
– The suture threader ports facilitate easy retrieval of suture through instrument housing
– PPH has a unique advantage over conventional techniques because the procedure is performed above the dentate line inside the anal canal, affecting fewer nerve endings
