The tube came with a cut in it. bubbles and box we’re intact so the cut must have been there before shipping. Since it’s a no return policy product I leave my feedback for the seller here hoping I get a reaction. Product is amazing, that’s why I ordered such an expensive tube.

Its petroleum based. Using this on my baby for two months now.. its really good suits the baby’s delicate skin and helps with the rash prevention. Use it every time u change the diaper
