Bisabolol, Caprylyl Glycol, Polysorbate-80, Hypericum perforatum oil, Phenoxyethanol, Polysorbate-20, Lactic Acid, Triethanolamine, & Aqua.

Instruction for Uses:

Wash your hands properly. Remove contact lenses if you are using them. Take adequate quantity on fingertips and gently rub on eyelids, eyelashes, eyebrows and around eyes.
