– The SafetyFlex Oral/Nasal Plain Endotracheal Tube with PVC is supported with a metal reinforced spiral, uniformly and securely encapsulated in the wall of the tube, to help prevent kinking when compared to traditional endotracheal tubes
– The tip marking may aid in correct positioning of the tracheal tube if the vocal cords can be visualized
– The endotracheal tube is fitted with a 15 mm connector and is suitable for oral and nasal intubation
– A bite block or guedel airway may be recommended when using reinforced tracheal tubes
– The tube is sterile and is meant for single patient use only
